上班族照过来、照过来!啥,太忙了,没时间煮?或许吧,直接到外面吃火锅或是买现成的料理锅来煮确实快速又方便,但为了您的健康和荷包着想,只要多花您一点点的时间,买些简易的蔬菜、肉片、排骨或鸡腿,善用电锅来炖煮,搭配再生好为您精心调配的草本膳食料理包,一道道美味、具创意又充满居家乐趣的药膳料理,宛如魔术般地呈现在您得餐桌上,不仅呵护您的健康,也帮助您补充活力,元气满满!

四神汤
四神汤又名四臣汤,涵意有「善解」、「包容」、「知足」、「感恩」。台湾民间常用四神汤,有莲子、淮山、薏仁、当归,这四味药,在中药中称"四臣子",闽南语发音一转换就变成"四神"了!
作法介绍:
1、一包约2~3人份。
2、先拿锅子,打开调理包将配料放入锅中。
3、再放入洗净的猪肠,或川烫过的排骨,再加水,一定要盖过锅中的料理,水量可以酌量增减。
4、如用电锅炖,外锅约放一杯半的水。或直接放在瓦斯炉上烹煮皆可。
5、大火煮滚,小火再滚约半小时过后,即有一锅香喷喷的好汤!
6、起锅前,以少许盐巴调味,就更完美了!请慢用!
附註:1.加入梅花猪肉片也很好吃!只需起锅前,再放入肉片烫熟即可享用。
2.起锅前,淋入些许米酒更增风味!不加也是可以。
四物鸡汤
〝四物鸡汤〞是老少皆宜的冬季滋补药膳,对女性朋友尤为适宜。在过年家人团聚的时刻,端上一锅美味的四物鸡汤,为全家人的健康加把劲吧!
作法介绍:
1、一包约2~3人份。
2、先拿锅子,打开调理包将配料放入锅中
3、再放入鸡腿、或是鸡肉、小排骨也很美味看。自己爱吃多少,可以酌量加减。再加水,一定要盖过锅中的料理,水量视食材自行调整。
4、如用电锅炖,外锅约放一杯半的水。或直接放在瓦斯炉上烹煮皆可

羊肉炉
夜晚的凉意说着冬天脚步走到了身边,又到了吃羊肉炉的季节!蔬菜的鲜甜与羊肉煮出暖唿唿的清汤来一碗热汤,为即将到来的冷天暖暖身。
作法介绍:
1、一包约2~3人份。
2、将羊肉小排骨或是羊肉片处理好后,加入料理包,再添水。可加入几段甘蔗同煮,滋味更为鲜甜!
3、再加水,水要盖过锅中的料理,水量视食材自行调整。
4、大火煮滚,小火再滚约半小时以上,即有一锅香喷喷的好汤!
5、或是以沙锅炖煮,羊肉沙锅有保温效果,亦增加风味!
6、可再自行加入蔬菜,类似火锅吃法。
7、起锅前,以少许盐巴调味,就更完美了!请慢用!
附註:1.起锅前,淋入些许米酒更增风味!不加也是可以。
2、亦适合火锅药膳汤头,搭配面线食用更美味!
姜母鸭
食材: 姜母鸭主材料中的番鸭、老姜皆有中医膳食里四气五味的燥、热性,在食用后会有热身的功能,因此焖煮中不宜加盐,因为盐有吸热属性,会平缓补热的功能喔!
红面番鸭(公鸭)半只、老姜1斤(洗净不切)、姜母鸭草本膳食调理包、细面线半扎、无盐米酒2瓶、乌麻油2大匙、高丽菜、金针菇等喜爱的蔬菜类。
调味料:
米豆腐乳4块(白)
做法:
1.将老姜拍撕裂状,起锅热适量油,把姜半煎炸至酥香,姜块滤起,姜油保留备用。
2.红面鸭(如怕太油的人可将鸭肉剔皮),切块状,起滚水锅,将鸭块入水锅中汆烫洗净。
3.姜母鸭:起锅热油(麻油2:香油1),放入烫过番鸭拌炒,加入炸过姜块、米酒2罐及姜母鸭草本膳食调理包,加盖用小火焖煮2小时。在将喜爱的蔬菜放入锅中一起煮到蔬菜变软。
4.沾酱:取一塑胶袋,将豆腐乳加入4汤匙热水,一起混合揉匀做沾酱,备用。
5.起滚水锅,将面线入锅烫熟,加入少许姜母鸭汤面上鸭油、姜油、麻油一起拌匀,即可盛入成品碗中,接着倒入炖煮完成的姜母鸭。
6.姜母鸭汤料完成后,鸭肉块可沾沾酱拌食。
烧酒虾
细选新鲜的虾子,加上中药材及米酒的调配熬汤之后,成为一道气味清香、汤醇虾鲜的烧酒虾。
作法介绍:
1、精选新鲜的虾子,可以先用米酒浸泡,稍等待用。
2、先将料理包放入锅中,加入全酒、或是添水。水要盖过锅中的料理,需要先预估。
3、水量、或是酒要加多少,个人口味及食材多寡自行调整。建议可以多加,煮成烧酒虾火锅,非常好吃!
4、先加入蔬菜,例如高丽菜等,大火煮滚,小火再滚约20~30分钟左右,让料理包入味。
5、等到满室飘香,最后才将虾子放入锅中,虾子快熟,只要变色,就成一锅香喷喷的好汤!或是以沙锅炖煮亦可。有保温效果。
6、起锅前,以少许盐巴调味,就更完美了!虾子鲜、汤头清甜可口,极是美味!请慢用!
PS. 烧酒虾要好吃,一定要选用新鲜的虾子,虾肉才不会粉粉的,那就不美了唷~ Tips for Herbal Cuisine Braising is a way of cooking meat, fish, seafood or vegetables by first searing the item in hot fat, and then simmering it, covered, in liquid to finish. Note: you can also put kelp, dried tofu, fried tofu, egg into the sauce, which are very delicious, but do not mix with the meat in the pot to keep the original flavor of the meat. 2、Recipe for Four Herbal Ingredients Soup Pack (1)one pack for about 2 to 3 persons. (2)open the ingredients soup pack and put into the pot. (3)add clean-washed pig's intestines into the pot, or put the boiled-water-blanching pork ribs, and then fill in more water until it covers above all your ingredients, depends on the size of your pot. (4)if you use electric stew pot (more convenient), put about a cup and a half of water outside the pot. Or directly put on the gas stove for cooking. (5)rolling boil, and then turn to slow fire for more half an hour, then the delicious soup is done! (6)seasoning with a little salt would be perfect! Please enjoy your meal! Notes: 1. Add some sliced pork is also very good to eat! Just put the sliced pork in the pot before your turn off the gas to boil it for few minutes. 2. pour a little rice wine makes the flavor even better! If you like it. 3、Recipe for Four Herbal Ingredient Stew Pack (1)one pack for about 2 to 3 persons. (2)open the ingredients soup pack into the pot. (3)add chicken leg, chicken meat, or small ribs into the pot, and then fill in more water until it covers above all your ingredients, depends on the size of your pot.
