上班族照過來、照過來!啥,太忙了,沒時間煮?或許吧,直接到外面吃火鍋或是買現成的料理鍋來煮確實快速又方便,但為了您的健康和荷包著想,只要多花您一點點的時間,買些簡易的蔬菜、肉片、排骨或雞腿,善用電鍋來燉煮,搭配再生好為您精心調配的草本膳食料理包,一道道美味、具創意又充滿居家樂趣的藥膳料理,宛如魔術般地呈現在您得餐桌上,不僅呵護您的健康,也幫助您補充活力,元氣滿滿!

四神湯
四神湯又名四臣湯,涵意有「善解」、「包容」、「知足」、「感恩」。台灣民間常用四神湯,有蓮子、淮山、薏仁、當歸,這四味藥,在中藥中稱"四臣子",閩南語發音一轉換就變成"四神"了!
作法介紹:
1、一包約2~3人份。
2、先拿鍋子,打開調理包將配料放入鍋中。
3、再放入洗淨的豬腸,或川燙過的排骨,再加水,一定要蓋過鍋中的料理,水量可以酌量增減。
4、如用電鍋燉,外鍋約放一杯半的水。或直接放在瓦斯爐上烹煮皆可。
5、大火煮滾,小火再滾約半小時過後,即有一鍋香噴噴的好湯!
6、起鍋前,以少許鹽巴調味,就更完美了!請慢用!
附註:1.加入梅花豬肉片也很好吃!只需起鍋前,再放入肉片燙熟即可享用。
2.起鍋前,淋入些許米酒更增風味!不加也是可以。
四物雞湯
〝四物雞湯〞是老少皆宜的冬季滋補藥膳,對女性朋友尤為適宜。在過年家人團聚的時刻,端上一鍋美味的四物雞湯,為全家人的健康加把勁吧!
作法介紹:
1、一包約2~3人份。
2、先拿鍋子,打開調理包將配料放入鍋中
3、再放入雞腿、或是雞肉、小排骨也很美味看。自己愛吃多少,可以酌量加減。再加水,一定要蓋過鍋中的料理,水量視食材自行調整。
4、如用電鍋燉,外鍋約放一杯半的水。或直接放在瓦斯爐上烹煮皆可

羊肉爐
夜晚的涼意說著冬天腳步走到了身邊,又到了吃羊肉爐的季節!蔬菜的鮮甜與羊肉煮出暖呼呼的清湯來一碗熱湯,為即將到來的冷天暖暖身。
作法介紹:
1、一包約2~3人份。
2、將羊肉小排骨或是羊肉片處理好後,加入料理包,再添水。可加入幾段甘蔗同煮,滋味更為鮮甜!
3、再加水,水要蓋過鍋中的料理,水量視食材自行調整。
4、大火煮滾,小火再滾約半小時以上,即有一鍋香噴噴的好湯!
5、或是以沙鍋燉煮,羊肉沙鍋有保溫效果,亦增加風味!
6、可再自行加入蔬菜,類似火鍋吃法。
7、起鍋前,以少許鹽巴調味,就更完美了!請慢用!
附註:1.起鍋前,淋入些許米酒更增風味!不加也是可以。
2、亦適合火鍋藥膳湯頭,搭配麵線食用更美味!
薑母鴨
食材: 薑母鴨主材料中的番鴨、老薑皆有中醫膳食裡四氣五味的燥、熱性,在食用後會有熱身的功能,因此燜煮中不宜加鹽,因為鹽有吸熱屬性,會平緩補熱的功能喔!
紅面番鴨(公鴨)半隻、老薑1斤(洗淨不切)、薑母鴨草本膳食調理包、細麵線半紮、無鹽米酒2瓶、烏麻油2大匙、高麗菜、金針菇等喜愛的蔬菜類。
調味料:
米豆腐乳4塊(白)
做法:
1.將老薑拍撕裂狀,起鍋熱適量油,把薑半煎炸至酥香,薑塊濾起,薑油保留備用。
2.紅面鴨(如怕太油的人可將鴨肉剔皮),切塊狀,起滾水鍋,將鴨塊入水鍋中汆燙洗淨。
3.薑母鴨:起鍋熱油(麻油2:香油1),放入燙過番鴨拌炒,加入炸過薑塊、米酒2罐及薑母鴨草本膳食調理包,加蓋用小火燜煮2小時。在將喜愛的蔬菜放入鍋中一起煮到蔬菜變軟。
4.沾醬:取一塑膠袋,將豆腐乳加入4湯匙熱水,一起混合揉勻做沾醬,備用。
5.起滾水鍋,將麵線入鍋燙熟,加入少許薑母鴨湯面上鴨油、薑油、麻油一起拌勻,即可盛入成品碗中,接著倒入燉煮完成的薑母鴨。
6.薑母鴨湯料完成後,鴨肉塊可沾沾醬拌食。
燒酒蝦
細選新鮮的蝦子,加上中藥材及米酒的調配熬湯之後,成為一道氣味清香、湯醇蝦鮮的燒酒蝦。
作法介紹:
1、精選新鮮的蝦子,可以先用米酒浸泡,稍等待用。
2、先將料理包放入鍋中,加入全酒、或是添水。水要蓋過鍋中的料理,需要先預估。
3、水量、或是酒要加多少,個人口味及食材多寡自行調整。建議可以多加,煮成燒酒蝦火鍋,非常好吃!
4、先加入蔬菜,例如高麗菜等,大火煮滾,小火再滾約20~30分鐘左右,讓料理包入味。
5、等到滿室飄香,最後才將蝦子放入鍋中,蝦子快熟,只要變色,就成一鍋香噴噴的好湯!或是以沙鍋燉煮亦可。有保溫效果。
6、起鍋前,以少許鹽巴調味,就更完美了!蝦子鮮、湯頭清甜可口,極是美味!請慢用!
PS. 燒酒蝦要好吃,一定要選用新鮮的蝦子,蝦肉才不會粉粉的,那就不美了唷~ Tips for Herbal Cuisine Braising is a way of cooking meat, fish, seafood or vegetables by first searing the item in hot fat, and then simmering it, covered, in liquid to finish. Note: you can also put kelp, dried tofu, fried tofu, egg into the sauce, which are very delicious, but do not mix with the meat in the pot to keep the original flavor of the meat. 2、Recipe for Four Herbal Ingredients Soup Pack (1)one pack for about 2 to 3 persons. (2)open the ingredients soup pack and put into the pot. (3)add clean-washed pig's intestines into the pot, or put the boiled-water-blanching pork ribs, and then fill in more water until it covers above all your ingredients, depends on the size of your pot. (4)if you use electric stew pot (more convenient), put about a cup and a half of water outside the pot. Or directly put on the gas stove for cooking. (5)rolling boil, and then turn to slow fire for more half an hour, then the delicious soup is done! (6)seasoning with a little salt would be perfect! Please enjoy your meal! Notes: 1. Add some sliced pork is also very good to eat! Just put the sliced pork in the pot before your turn off the gas to boil it for few minutes. 2. pour a little rice wine makes the flavor even better! If you like it. 3、Recipe for Four Herbal Ingredient Stew Pack (1)one pack for about 2 to 3 persons. (2)open the ingredients soup pack into the pot. (3)add chicken leg, chicken meat, or small ribs into the pot, and then fill in more water until it covers above all your ingredients, depends on the size of your pot. (4)if you use electric stew pot (more convenient), put about a cup and a half of water outside the pot. Or directly put on the gas stove for cooking. If you like it. 2. the soup is also suitable for hot pot herbal soup and go well with thin noodles. 5、Recipe for Herbal Pack for Traditional Ginger Duck Soup (1)cook the old ginger with black sesame oil and fry the duck as dish A. (3)、the volume of water or wine depends on your personal taste or preference. We suggest you add some more to cook as hot pot, which is very delicious. Enjoy your meal! The shrimp is fresh sweet, and soup is very delicious. Bon appetite! 7、Recipe for One-For-All Herbal Soup Pack (Light Flavor) (1)open the herbal soup pack and put into the pot. (2)put any food you like, depends on the amount of people, and fill in more water until it covers above all your ingredients, depends on the size of your pot. (3)if you use electric stew pot (more convenient), put about a cup and a half of water outside the pot. Or directly put on the gas stove for cooking.
